Policies

We like to keep it simple. With that in mind, there are only a few policies that we enforce. No exceptions.

• When you place your order, there is a place for your phone number. Make sure you always fill this in as this will be your account number in the future and will also help us if we have any questions on your order.

• If you choose to pay by check or money order, we will wait for the funds to clear prior to shipping.
  
  
• Please check your address carefully when placing your order, any returned items due to a faulty address will incur new shipping charges.

• We are always happy to replace any cloths that are damaged in any way; however, because we offer a sampler pack to make sure these are the cloths you are looking for, we maintain a strict no refund policy.
  
  
• We always reserve the right not to sell to those we don't like - so be nice to us.
